nasmdoc0.html view missing the links / section names

Contains only section numbers, no section names which link to the individual pages. This is on Firefox on an Android mobile device. I'm attaching a screenshot.

Fix checked in and released as 2.16.01 (having working documentation is important enough to justify a point release!)
